WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR
REHEARSAL, WEDDING, RECEPTION
Marcie will make your day run smoothly. She will discuss the order of events with your officiant for your ceremony. She will work with your caterer, DJ or band, photographer, all vendors from their arrival to letting them know the order of events so the event will go off without a hitch.
FLOWERS AND CAKE
Marcie excels in floral decorations. You should discuss this as part of her services. You will be amazed at her creations! You may have specific requirements for cake placement. During the reception, Marcie will work with the venue for the cake cutting.
CEREMONY
Organize and direct the entrance for family members, the groom, the officiant, groomsmen, bridesmaids and the Bride. She will work with the DJ concerning the music and what song plays at what time.
RECEPTION DETAILS
Marcie makes sure each event happens according to your plans you discussed with her. For example, First Dance, Cake Cutting, Toasts, and your departure. Make sure your vehicle arrives on time and organize the send-off.
OTHER DETAILS
You can discuss the final details like paying and tipping the vendors, pack up decorations, linens, and clean up of the venue.
